SAM Medical Center opened ARCS, at the request of Dongan district, to prepare for potential social problems and expenses of the aging society. Located in Dongan district, ARCS, at the request of the elders, extended its office hours. ARCS offered medical service in the departments of internal medicine, oriental medicine and dentistry at a low price of 50 cents (general treatment) and a dollar (oriental treatment).
