Seoul Paik Hospital founded in 1932, Seoul Piak Hospital as a mother of the Inje Paik Hospital, based on the reputation for the late Dr. Jin-Bok Kim, who had the world record in gastric cancer surgery and Dr. Hyuck-Sang Lee, who performed the first successful liver transplantation in Korea.

Seoul Paik Hospital has established the specialized centers like the Liver Cancer Clinic, the Cardiovascular Center, the Sports Medical Center and the Obesity Clinic, tried to be proficient and friendly and make the most out of medical systems and skills for clients.

There are full of love and sympathy in Inje Paik Hospital. The staffs in Inje Paik think patients as family and practice love and services, finding people who are neglected in a hospital and out, moreover, faraway overseas. Because every staff thinks love and hope can heal this world, we find and serve alienated people, wishing the world fulfilled with love and hope.

We serve the patients with the slogan “ ‘Insuljese(仁術濟世)’ , which signifies 'Save the world, With the medicine', save the world’” by doing medical services in Cambodia, Russia and Vietnam and inviting children who have got heart disease to make them free operation.

Inje University Paik hospital and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) have been managing the hospital to provide medical care in U.S military bases in Bagram since June, 2010 for Afghanistan people who suffer from the long civil war. We also run off the training program in Korea aimed at health care providers who live in Afghanistan.
